You can tell because you will ask how their relationship is going, and they openly tell you "Not soo good". After some prying, and a suggestion to hang out and have a few drinks. You might find yourself in bed taking care of the one area the "boyfriend" is neglecting. The downside is, after some time she might grow attached and will want to break off the relationship to start a relationship with you. This could be extra unwanted problems as the "boyfriend" might find out and wish to cause you physical harm. I agree with the first four, but not with the fifth.
