So 1/3 of clinical trials are conducted at foreign sites. That means 2/3 are conducted in the US. Is the US the only country in the World allowed to receive prescription medicine?
This is made of concentrated bs. I work in the preclinical drug industry but not with the drugs (in computers) so am not a shill in any way. Drugs have to receive FDA approval before being sold which costs huge piles of money. You can’t receive FDA approval offshore so all of this testing goes on in America. Getting a big drug approved is a windfall for these companies but they have hundreds and thousands of compounds they sink money in that never receive approval and never earn them a dime in profit. This is the part that gets expensive. If you succeed only 1% of the time or so you need to work in massive profit margins on the success to be able to survive. This article is only exaggerating those profit margins with out including the failure costs.
You’re missing the infographs about the millions of people that benefit from “Big Pharma” drugs. Geez.
This is absolute BS. I am a PhD biomedical scientist. Zero ties to Pharma. It does actually cost 1.3 billion to get a single drug to market. It is due to the fact that the failure rate is in the 90% range, maybe as high as 95 or 99%. Most drugs fail at phase 1, according to your data, for every drug that makes it through, 8 or so fail, that magnifies the cost by 8 fold. So you can mulitply your number by 8 just for phase 1. Phase 2/3 also have high attrition rates. Further, once a drug gets through, it is by no means a success. What if it is an orphan drug. The only drugs that actually make money are viagra types, statins (cholestorol), allergy, asmthma, diabetes. Drugs for AIDS bring no money in. Drugs for cancer bring very little money, yet we need to have a very large amount of drugs available due to chemo-resistance, and the fact that not every drug is suitable for every cancer. You do not give VEGF inhibitors to leukemia for example (they do not need VEGF). Anyway, yeah big pharma is more concerned about the bottom line than people, it seems, but without the united states and our drugs the world would be a vastly different place.
Accutane kills, the pharmy industry is in bed with the reigns of power. They along with the American government and certain entities want the world population brought down to a cool 100 million, through either sterilization, death, or any number of other ways. “they” also want to never die, and if you can afford there technocratic means you too could have your consciousness uploaded to a computer chip. Generalized Artificial intelligence is the main goal, along with a keen understanding of human systems, something they’d happily let you be the guinea pig for.
They want you sick, dumbed down, and hooked on drugs. Medicate the kids, medicate the old because dying is NOT a part of life! HAHA you old graying cooks must accept death gives birth to more creation.

When you go on accutane they tell you STRAIGHT UP IT WILL CAUSE BIRTH DEFECTS!!! I am a MALE and they needed (by law) to tell me not to get pregnant while taking it. Anyone who gets pregnant while taking this drug is STUPID.
