Meanwhile in Russia: The Duck Face Edition

The duck-face or trout pout is probably the most retarded trend sweeping everyone’s facebook photo albums (such as this dude, par example). But when combining one’s natural tendency to pout and make those stupid kissy lips at the camera with a very poorly executed lip implant, you get something like this. Be careful, the goggles will do nothing.
